Total website cost with a once off payment for a basic brochure website

Standard 5 x page website including hosting (web space on the Net) = R2500.00
Additional fee:
Total for registration of domain name and set up fee = R185.00*

The about amounts is broken down into the follow:
- R300.00 website Hosting
- R750.00 design of index / Main page & the first 5 pages, inclusive of the home page
- R350.00 website key word & meta tag search engine optimisation to be search engine friendly
Hosting of site if done as a .com/.net/org
- R300.00 this is included in the first years payment
- R300.00 this is for the second year. *
Additional pages:
If you need more that 5 pages, I will quote you a price of R100.00 per additional page
Additional changes, once the site is complete:
- R95.00 per new page created that have pictures on them
- R85.00 per hour for bulk changes
- R75.00 per new page created that only includes a article or text
Domain set up:
Website domain name set up at the following cost:
As at 1 December 2006
Domain name registration R185.00
This will be the annual fee for 2006 renewal at R185.00
*this fee may be subsequent change
Once off set up Fee of R65.00
This get paid to a third part to register your domain name
Total for registration and set up fee = R185.00
Please note:
To keep the cots of the website as low as possible, these costs do not include Logo design, if a image logo is needed it will be quote at an extra cost.
Any additional features that where discuss in the original set-up meeting, may be at an additional cost.
